Commercial Fence Installer

About the role

You’re the kind of person who shows up early, not because you have to, but because that’s who you are. You take pride in your work, even when no one’s watching. You like being outside, working with your hands, solving problems, and figuring things out when plans change.

Responsibilities

• Install specialty commercial fencing, railings, gates, and more.
• Gain experience with tools, equipment, blueprint reading, concrete work, welding (if you’re interested), and heavy equipment like skid loaders and boom lifts.
• Show up on time.
• Take safety seriously.
• Keep tools, vehicles, and job sites clean.
• Hold each other accountable.
• Get the job done right.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day.
• Comfort working outdoors in all conditions.
• A valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
• A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• $20–$24/hour, based on experience.
