Responsibilities

• Navigate fellowship, grant, and postdoctoral application processes
• Help clients identify research opportunities and research funding
• Refine research proposals and publications
• Guide clients through personal statement, statement of purpose, fellowship essays, secondary essays, letter of recommendation, resume review, interview preparation, and interviews
• Develop networking strategies and financial aid/scholarship applications
• Provide waitlist strategy support

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with fellowship, grant, or postdoc application processes
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience
• A structured approach to presenting clients' strongest candidacies

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse client populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of academic and professional development resources

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in research proposal and publication refinement
