Fellow, Post-Masters Therapy DayBridge
About the role
The Park Nicollet Behavioral Health Department is a large, multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive mental health services to patients in Minnesota. We are seeking a Post-Masters Therapy Fellow for our DayBridge program in Saint Louis Park, MN. This position will work under the direct supervision by an LICSW.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial and psychiatric assessment, treatment planning and referral to patients and families at DayBridge Partial Hospitalization Program (Methodist/Park Nicollet) using a full range of social work treatment modalities.
- Offer outpatient mental health care through therapeutic programming, implement safety care plans, create/review individualized patient treatment goals, and utilize trauma-informed de-escalation skills for patient safety and milieu management.
Requirements
- Masters degree in social work from a CSWE, CASSW, or similar accredited program.
- Current LGSW license in Minnesota.
- BLS/CPR certification.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of social work principles and methodologies.
- Ability to integrate social, medical, and psychotherapeutic data into assessments and treatment plans.
- Experience with psychiatric, psychosocial, and chemical health diagnoses based on DSM-IV-TR classification.
- Experience working with culturally/racially diverse clinical populations.

- Proficiency in operating various office equipment.
