Fee For Service Outpatient Therapist

Requirements

• Accredited master's level program with a graduate degree in a human service-related field, including social work, clinical counseling, and/or psychology.
• A 1-year clinical internship is required.
• 15-20 hours of availability, billing 12-15 hours weekly.
• Availability needs to include daytime and evening hours to accommodate the scheduling preferences of the client caseload.
• Training and supervision are also available to support the caseload.

Responsibilities

• Delivering therapy services (individual, couple, and family).
• Intake assessments.
• Group therapy.
• Coordination of care under the leadership of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor.
• Initiating active engagement of clients, promoting retention, and providing therapy to individuals who suffer from mild to severe forms of mental illness.

Qualifications

• $35/hr. unlicensed or $38/hr. licensed!
