Fee For Service Outpatient Therapist
Requirements
- Candidate must have completed an accredited master's level program with a graduate degree in a human service-related field, including social work, clinical counseling, and/or psychology.
- A 1-year clinical internship is required.
- Available to work with adults, children, and adolescents, and maintain a schedule that supports billing approximately 15-20 direct client contact hours per week.
- Availability needs to include daytime and evening hours to accommodate the scheduling preferences of the client caseload.
- Training and supervision are also available to support the caseload.
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy services (individual, couple, and family).
- Conduct intake assessments.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions.
- Coordinate care under the leadership of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor.
- Initiate active engagement of clients.
- Promote client retention.
- Provide therapy to individuals suffering from mild to severe forms of mental illness.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a human service-related field, including social work, clinical counseling, and/or psychology.
- Completed a 1-year clinical internship.
- Experience working with adults, children, and adolescents.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including daytime and evening shifts.
Skills
- Strong therapeutic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT).

Pay
- $35/hr. unlicensed.
- $38/hr. licensed.
