Federal Work Study - Admissions Ambassador

About the role

The Admissions Office on the Beebe campus is seeking one Federal Work Study student for 15 hours per week during the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 terms.

Responsibilities

• Provide campus tours to prospective students
• Assist with recruiting events on campus
• Prepare recruiting bags
• Answer the phone
• Enter prospective student information into the CRM
• Mail acceptance letters
• Perform any additional duties the admissions office requires

Requirements

• Completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required
• Ability to talk to students about the campus and answer the phone
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Ability to walk across campus and stand for extended periods at a recruiting table or on a campus tour

Pay

$11.00 per hour

Background Check Statement

This position will be subject to a pre-employment criminal and sex-offender registry background check. An additional financial/credit history/background check may be required in pre-determined cases. Convictions that have been sealed or legally eradicated and misdemeanor convictions for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed will be excluded.
