Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end proposal development to deliver compliant, high-scoring submissions for complex defense prototypes.
- Synthesize technical solicitation materials to optimize content reuse and accelerate narrative development.
- Collaborate with aerospace and defense subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate intricate engineering concepts into compelling executive summaries.
- Oversee strict production timelines and quality gates to ensure flawless, on-time proposal delivery.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of proposal management experience specifically within the aerospace, defense, or federal contracting sectors.
- Advanced proficiency with proposal management software, collaborative writing tools, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling.
- Prominent track record of leading successful, fast-turnaround federal or defense contract proposals.

Compensation Range: $90.00 - $108.00/hr ($100+ if you already have experience with this client)
