About the role
The Federal Proposal Manager is responsible for overseeing the proposal development process, ensuring all proposals meet federal guidelines and are submitted on time.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the proposal development process from inception to submission.
- Ensure all proposals comply with federal regulations and agency requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project data.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage timelines and budgets for proposal development.
- Stay updated on federal procurement policies and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal management or related field.
- Experience working with federal agencies.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement regulations and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
