Federal Financial Systems Consultant
About the role
then...
. - Responsibilities: list from "Your future duties and responsibilities". Use- each.
- Requirements: maybe combine Required Qualifications and Desired? The instruction: Use sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what to put where. Could put Required Qualifications under Requirements, Desired under Qualifications, and maybe Skills under Skills (like Microsoft Office, etc). But we must not invent sections lacking content. We have content for each.
Let's extract:

Pay: "A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 $139,300.00." So we can put in Pay section:
$62,900.00 - $139,300.00
maybe. Schedule: Not present, omit. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must remove duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no or . Usefor section headings. Use
- for lists. Use
for prose. We should not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we have both Required and Desired. Could map Required to Requirements, Desired to Qualifications, and Skills maybe to a separate Skills section (like Microsoft Office, etc). However we already have Microsoft Office in Required Qualifications; could keep there. But we could also create Skills section for technical skills like Momentum Financials, SAP, etc. But we must not create thin sections. Better to keep Required Qualifications under Requirements, Desired under Qualifications, and maybe Skills under Skills (like Microsoft Office Suite, etc). However we have Microsoft Office in Required; we could move it to Skills. But we must preserve all info; moving is okay as long as not lost. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's think: The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So they suggest those as possible headings. We should use them when we have content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (required qualifications), Qualifications (desired qualifications), Skills (maybe technical skills like Momentum, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Office, etc), Benefits, Pay. We could split the required qualifications into Requirements (experience, soft skills) and Skills (technical/tools). But we need to ensure we don't lose any info. Let's parse required qualifications list into two groups: experience/soft skills vs technical/tools. Required Qualifications list items: - At least 2 years of Federal Accounting/Financial Management experience (experience) - Federal financial management ERP systems experience (Momentum, SAP, or Oracle) (technical) - Software Testing experience (technical/skill) - Issue resolution experience (skill) - Direct client facing experience (experience) - Good Communication Skills (Oral/Written) (skill) - Functional/Data Analysis (skill) - Teamwork Experience (skill) - Learning Agility (skill) - Ability to work independently (skill) - Business Consulting Skills (skill) - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (skill) Desired qualifications list: - Momentum Financials experience (technical) - Experience With Audits (federal Preferred) (experience) - Experience with federal budget analysis/execution (experience) - Familiarity with Federal Financial Regulations and Treasury Financial Manual (knowledge) - SAP Business Analytics (technical) - Business Process Reengineering (BPR) experience (skill) - Microsoft Access skills (technical) - Microsoft Project skills (technical) - Functional experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) (technical) - Functional experience with Robotic process automation (RPA) or other automation experience (technical) - Functional experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) (technical) - CGFM, CDFM, or CPA (certification) We could create sections: - About the role (intro paragraph) - Responsibilities (list) - Requirements (maybe combine required experience and soft skills? but we could put all required qualifications under Requirements) - Qualifications (desired qualifications) - Skills (maybe technical skills from both required and desired? but that would duplicate). Better to keep Required under Requirements, Desired under Qualifications, and maybe Skills not needed. But we have to use headings only when there is real specific content. If we omit Skills, that's fine. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. That's six sections. That seems fine. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to strip boilerplate: The long EEO paragraph, accommodation, background investigation, etc. Must remove. Also remove duplicated lines: There's a duplicate "SAP Business Analytics" appears twice in desired list; we should keep only one. Also remove "CGI Federal's benefits are offered to eligible professionals on their first day of employment to include:" we keep the list. Also remove "CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role." etc. We keep the pay range line. Also remove "#CGIFederalJob DD1 Together, as owners, let’s turn meaningful insights into action." etc. That's boilerplate about ownership etc. Must remove. Also remove "Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to..." etc. Remove. Also remove "All CGI offers of employment in the U.S. are contingent upon the ability to successfully complete a background investigation." etc. Remove. Now produce HTML. Structure:
