Fed Cattle Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of cattle from fed cattle suppliers to processing plants.
• Communicate shipment schedules accurately and timely to suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of actual cattle deliveries.
• Work closely with field buyers, fed cattle suppliers, National Carriers Livestock Transportation, and outside livestock carriers to ensure adequate quantities of cattle are delivered to each processing facility.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Handle various types of personalities and levels of authority in a stress-free manner.
• Interact with several areas of the company to coordinate logistics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
