FBM Operational Resilience Integration Control Account Manager

Key Responsibilities And Elements Of This Role Will Include

• Accountability for performance of your assigned scope throughout the lifecycle of multiple deliverables across multiple contracts and FYs
• Sponsoring the overall FBM Program business rhythm for baseline management, monthly reporting, status and communication, and overall Earned Value Management (EVM) performance
• Supporting the FBM Program Integration Directorate’s ORIP budget
• Synthesize the programmatic data into program decision making processes
• Managing and monitoring the entirety of the FBM Integration Directorate’s ORIP budget
• Establishing internal business rhythms to review account status
• Supporting annual proposal cycles and BOE generation

Desired Skills

• LMC certified CAM experience
• Experience with the proposal process and developing Basis of Estimates (BOE)
• Excellent presentation, oral and written skills to facilitate effective and efficient technical and business interchanges with senior customer and management
• Organization and prioritization skills proven to integrate and coordinate a multitude of tasks
• Demonstrated good judgment and programmatic execution necessary to meet technical requirements while balancing schedules and budget obligations
• Experience integrating with various functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to get results from teams without direct authority
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
• Knowledge of program lifecycle execution from concept phase through end-of-life phase
• Demonstrated experience with the risk management process
• General understanding and application of data visualization
• Experience with Collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint and knowledge of agile methodologies
