Faysal Funds, a leading asset management company in Pakistan, is seeking a passionate and experienced HR professional to join our team in Karachi.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, final settlements, taxation, reimbursements, benefits administration, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws and internal governance.
• Lead compensation and benefits, conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys, administer employee benefits (insurance, provident fund, gratuity, and loans), and prepare annual manpower plans and HR budgets.
• Develop HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics, while preparing insightful reports and presentations for Senior Management, Board Committees, and the Board of Directors.
• Lead HR audits and coordinate with external auditors, consultants, insurance providers, and regulatory bodies to ensure regulatory compliance and effective governance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration; SHRM, CHRP, or HRCI certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in AMCs, Banking and Financial Services.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in preparing MIS, dashboards, and Board presentations.
• Knowledge of AI tools for data analysis, HR reporting, and process automation will be an added advantage.
