Essential Job Functions

• Inspect and operate the Grader, Tractor and all special equipment at the start of each shift and throughout to ensure they are in safe running condition.
• Maintain and operate Tractor to meet scheduled needs.
• Remove old litter, place new litter (Rice hulls), and level the ground in and around chicken houses in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform groundwork as needed.
• Report any unsafe conditions to your Supervisor immediately.
• Report all damages to equipment and/or buildings to your Leadperson or Supervisor immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class C driver's license with a clean DMV printout.
• Must be able to operate grader, tractor and special equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to perform groundwork when needed.
• Must be able to work independently with or without direct supervision.
• Must be able to work at different ranch locations.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Pay

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour (Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

Schedule

Work at different ranch locations, including weekends and holidays.
