FARM HAND

Key Responsibilities

• Fish Care and Monitoring: Feed fish according to the schedule and guidelines provided. Monitor fish health, behavior, and water conditions regularly.
• Harvesting and Processing: Facilitate all aspects of the fish harvesting process including pushing pipes to raise and lower pond levels, feeding in ponds, setting up seines, and loading buckets onto trucks for transportation to vats. Assist in the harvesting of fish as per schedule and guidelines. Support the processing and packaging of fish for shipments and loading trucks.
• Facility Maintenance: Clean and help maintain vat sheds, ponds, and other aquaculture equipment. Assist in the repair and upkeep of farm infrastructure.
• General Farm Duties: Assist in farm construction, repair, and maintenance projects as needed. Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications And Skills

• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of aquaculture principles is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
