Fan Journey Coordinator
About the role
The Oklahoma City Thunder is seeking a Fan Journey Coordinator to support fan engagement strategies across the Thunder’s growing digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Execute digital fan journey tactics across the Thunder app, SMS, push notifications, and other digital communication channels
- Manage fan-facing experiences across the Thunder app and other digital platforms
- Coordinate digital campaign calendars and ensure fan communications are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with broader marketing and fan engagement plans
- Perform routine quality assurance of digital experiences, links, forms, messaging, and fan-facing content prior to launch
- Pull, clean, organize, and manage fan data and submissions from digital campaigns, lead-generation programs, and other engagement sources
- Operate digital fan loyalty and engagement platforms, including Kids Club, maintain online rewards, and report on engagement
- Identify lead-source trends and insights to develop strategies for fan development
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, digital engagement, marketing automation, or a related field
Understanding of and experience with digital marketing strategies, such as SMS and direct email
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and communications
Experience with or working knowledge of API development, Tableau, SQL, or Python preferred
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including the ability to make basic updates or troubleshoot front-end digital experiences
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with others
Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
Qualifications
College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with or working knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies

Pay
Tentatively $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
This is a full-time hourly position tentatively reporting to the AVP, Fan Development and Retail
The work schedule requires flexibility, including availability for events and game nights during evenings, weekends, and holidays
The primary work location is the Thunder corporate office at Paycom Center in downtown Oklahoma City, with some events requiring travel throughout the metro area
