We need sections: About the role (maybe position summary), Responsibilities (the detailed duties), Requirements (maybe required qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe not explicit), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. So we need to decide which sections to include.
We have Pay: Starting Salary Range given. So include Pay section.
Schedule: Work Schedule, Hours per week: Schedule varies dependent on events and athletic game schedules, 40 hours per week; Opportunity for hybrid schedule: No. So we have schedule info. Include Schedule section.
Benefits: list given. Include Benefits section.
About the role: Position Summary paragraph. Include About the role.
Responsibilities: The Position Details list includes many duties. So include Responsibilities.
Requirements: Required Qualifications. Could be Requirements section.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. Could be Qualifications section.
Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we could infer but we should not invent. So omit Skills.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have concrete info.
We need to use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So headings are just the section names.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them.
We need to be careful not to include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to include the Position Summary prose exactly? We should preserve substance but can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep the info, but we can format it; we can keep the sentences as is or slightly adjust but not lose detail. Probably okay to copy the summary.
We need to include the responsibilities details exactly as listed, maybe as bullet points under each subcategory? The posting has categories with bullet points. We can flatten into a list or keep subheadings? The instruction only says use
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid using other headings like or inside sections? It says use for section headings (list). It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but to be safe we can just use - for lists and
for prose. If we want to keep subcategories, we could include them as inside - or as separate
but not as headings. Probably fine.
We need to include all responsibilities: Game-Day Operations & Fan Experience: list items; Student, College & Community Engagement: list items; Event & Outreach Management: list items; Strategic Marketing & Digital Branding: list items; Administrative & Financial Operations: list items; Other duties as assigned: note.
We need to include Required Qualifications: Associates degree. 2+ years of relevant experience. Current CPR and First Aid Certification, or the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Benefits: list: Health insurance with some employer paid options. Life insurance & AD&D (employer provided). Retirement plans (403(b), 457(b), and KPERS). Employer paid 8% contribution into a 403(b) no match required. Paid time off (vacation, sick, personal, and floating holidays). 14 days of paid holidays. Free access to the Gym on campus for all employees and dependents. Discount to the Hiersteiner Child Development Center. And many more!
Pay: Starting Salary Range: $18.63 - $23.84 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume.
Schedule: Work Schedule, Hours per week: Schedule varies dependent on events and athletic game schedules, 40 hours per week. Opportunity for hybrid schedule: No.
About the role: Position Summary paragraph.
We also have Department etc. Might be considered metadata; we could include in About the role or maybe not needed. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we could include Department, Type of Position, Exemption Status as a short paragraph maybe under About the role or separate? But they said fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we could include a short paragraph with those details.
But we already have About the role section for position summary; we could add a short paragraph after summary with those details. Or we could create a separate section like "Position Details" but not in allowed headings. Better to incorporate into About the role as prose.
We must not include boilerplate like "Equal Employment Opportunity", "Disclosure", etc.
