About the role
The Fan Engagement Coordinator manages and executes day-to-day fan engagement efforts across Audiochuck’s content and platforms. This role serves as a key connection point between the brand and its audience, helping strengthen relationships with our community while supporting fan club operations and engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily listener engagement across multiple fan platforms
- Respond to fan inquiries in a timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned manner
- Maintain consistency in communication across channels
- Upload and maintain fan club announcements and content collections
- Maintain the Fan Engagement department calendar
- Support fan club initiatives, including coordination with external partners on mailers
- Manage inbound and outbound fan mail and packages
- Cook up and maintain necessary supplies for merchandise
- Aid in campaign logistics tied to fan engagement efforts
- Gather and organize weekly episode feedback data
- Track and share fan feedback and audience insights with internal teams
- Log and track escalations and key fan engagement activities
- Support internal processes and cross-functional projects related to fan engagement
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, community management, or fan engagement
- Strong social media proficiency and comfort engaging across digital platforms
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Passion for community building and fan experience
- Familiarity with Audiochuck content is a plus
