Responsibilities
- Gather and document information from caseworkers, children, parents, relatives, case providers, schools, and other resources to plan family time visits.
- Review Family Time Agreements with parents and caregivers, suggesting community resources as needed.
- Supervise family time in office or community settings, ensuring the safety and well-being of children during interactions, and document relevant information.
- Transport children to family time visits and other necessary appointments, which may include lifting and carrying children, diaper bags, car seats, and other items.
- Collaborate with caseworkers to assess family time supervision details, recommend services for case planning, and relay important information about children and their families or caregivers.
Requirements
- One year of experience working in a human services or behavioral health setting; OR
- An associate degree in any field; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, walk on uneven terrain, and assist children into and out of car seats.
- Authorization to work in the United States (E-Verify will be used).

Working Conditions
- Work is primarily conducted in an office, with occasional travel for meetings, trainings, and case-related activities, including overnight travel.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with some overtime required.
- May interact with individuals who have experienced trauma and may exhibit challenges in controlling emotions.
- May encounter stressful situations requiring quick decision-making.
- Some travel may occur in inclement weather or hazardous conditions.
Background Checks
- Finalists will undergo a criminal history and background check, including a computerized criminal history and abuse check. Adverse findings may result in disqualification.
- Within three days of hire, you must complete the US Department of Homeland Security’s I-9 form confirming work authorization.

Pay
$4,124 – $5,714 per month
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with occasional overtime and overnight travel required.
