Responsibilities

• Implement outcomes
• Follow Prospectus Berco policies and procedures
• Cooperate with the specific requirements of each service recipient and/or their representative
• Demonstrate professionalism and compassion

Requirements

• High School education
• Demonstrated ability to support adults with special needs in a community setting
• Pennsylvania Driver’s license
• Experience implementing outcomes
• Experience with documentation
