Direct Support Professional (DSP)-Part-Time

About the Role

We are searching for Part-Time Direct Support Professionals to work in our 8-bed residential programs located in West Chester, Malvern, and/or Paoli. This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Support clients with therapies
• Drive and accompany clients to appointments, activities, and other outings

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain responsible driving behaviors
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include professional documentation/evaluation that the non-U.S. educational program is equivalent to or exceeds U.S. educational requirements; documentation is required prior to becoming an employee

Pay

Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and education

Schedule

Mix of 7a-3p and 1p-9p shifts; Saturday or Sunday must be included
