About the role

The role involves providing emotional support and guidance to individuals in their family units, helping them navigate through challenging times.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support to family members in crisis situations
• Facilitate communication within families to improve understanding and resolve conflicts
• Offer resources and referrals to community services
• Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a social service setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
