Family Success Coach

About the role

The Family Success Coach will provide family services to meet the needs of clients, coach them on their goals, and help them recognize barriers to stability. They will act as an advocate for the families to provide resources and strengthen their support network, working in both Boone and Callaway counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide family services to meet the needs of clients.
• Coach clients on their goals and help them recognize barriers to stability.

Requirements

• Must have general knowledge of family development and social services.
• Previous work experience as a case manager or social worker is helpful.
• Willingness to become certified with a Family Development Credential (FDC) during the first 2 years of employment (paid by employer).
• Prefer a related college degree.
• Prefer experience working with low-income families.

Pay

Pay is $16.21 per hour.

Schedule

• 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday.
• 10 hour shift Tuesday through Friday.
