Workforce Family Success Coach

About the role

CMCA is seeking passionate, motivated, and community-minded professionals to join our team as a Workforce Family Success Coach in Jefferson City. In this role, you will help youth and low-income adults overcome barriers, build career skills, secure employment opportunities, and achieve long-term self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide paid work experience, vocational training, certifications, and career pathway opportunities.
• Teach workplace readiness skills including resume development, interviewing, workplace communication, digital literacy, and financial literacy.

Requirements

• Passionate about helping individuals and families succeed.
• Skilled at building positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and speaking with groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in case management, workforce development, coaching, education, counseling, or community-based services preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout CMCA's service area.

Pay
