PRIMARY Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction and operational oversight for Family Stability programs, including anti domestic and sexual violence responses and prevention and child welfare involved families.
- Ensure program fidelity to SEI’s model, the CFP Department Charter, the RISE framework, and the Bridge to Prosperity pathway.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to strengthen service delivery systems and participant outcomes.
- Serve as a member of the CFP leadership team and contribute to agency wide planning and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with community agencies, public systems, and employment partners.
Staff Supervision & Development
- Supervise and support Coordinators providing direct case management to adults and families.
- Provide ongoing coaching in trauma informed, culturally affirming, and person centered practices.
- Lead staff onboarding, training, and professional development to build capacity and retention.
Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee program data collection, documentation and reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with funder and organizational requirements.
- Carry out regular data audits to ensure data quality, consistency, and fidelity across programs.
- Maintain monitoring of program outcomes, performance metrics, and compliance with grant, contract, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Human Services, Public Health, or related fields.
- Supervisory experience in social services, youth and family programs, and DV/SA programs preferred.
- Willingness to complete the required 40 hour Domestic Violence Basic Advocacy training.
- Experience in child welfare, victim/survivor advocacy, domestic/sexual violence response or employment systems strongly desired.
- Experience with program development, process improvement, and managing contracts/grants preferred.
- Commitment to racial equity, cultural humility, and trauma informed practices.
- Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with case management or data systems (such as Case Worthy) strongly preferred.
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
- Self-directed, adaptable and team oriented.
- Able to use personal initiative and cooperation in performing job duties.
