Employment & Family Stability Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to eligible individuals motivated to become employment ready.
• Create centered goal plans to empower individuals to become self-sufficient in areas of employment, housing, transportation, and financial literacy.
• Support, educate, and refer participants to other community services.
• Recruit and enroll participants in the Road to Success program through the United Way of the Capital Region.
• Track all case management sessions via required case notes and prepare monthly program statistics.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and prepare quarterly reports.
• Attend and participate in monthly case management meetings with the core solution partner case management team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2-3 years of equivalent professional experience in Human Service field preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Knowledge of cultural flexibility and competency in working with multicultural participants, particularly those in poverty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal relationship skills, including professional phone and in-person etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets, especially Excel and Outlook.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Completion of PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, PA DHS Criminal Record/Fingerprint Check, and Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting Training.

Pay

$70,000.00 per hour/12
