Family Resources Coordinator

Boyer Children's Clinic is currently seeking a full-time Family Resources Coordinator (FRC). Boyer provides medical, therapy, special education and family services to infants and young children with developmental delays, and their families. For more information, visit www.boyercc.org. The Family Resources Coordinator (FRC) works with staff at all levels, coordinating early intervention services that provide support to young children with developmental delays, and their families. The right person will be able to earn trust quickly, while maintaining a focus on our overall mission. The individual in this position needs to be able to work with many different kinds of people and be able to adapt to a lot of different situation, and support Boyer's commitment to equity, inclusion, and anti-racism. Essential Functions Include But Are Not Limited To Facilitate development, scheduling, and review of Indicidual Family Service Plans (IFSPs)Ensure compliance with Part B and Part C IDEA regulations and timelinesEducate families on thier rights, procedural safeguards, and available early intervention servicesMaintain knowledge of community resources and make appropriate referralsComplete required documentation for child files, billing, tracking, and agency recordsMaintain active registration as a Family Resources Coordinator and attend required trainings
