About the role
Responsible for managing donor relations, overseeing fundraising initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage donor relationships and stewardship efforts
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote donor engagement
- Oversee grant management and compliance
- Support event planning and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., nonprofit management, public relations, or fundraising)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with donors and volunteers
- Knowledge of nonprofit best practices and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
