Responsibilities

• Assist families in accessing necessary community resources
• Provide emotional support and guidance to families in crisis
• Coordinate services and referrals with other agencies
• Document interactions and progress with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a social service setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
