Family Resource Liaison

About the role

CPLC Parenting Arizona and CPLC Parenting Nevada provide family support services statewide through prevention, intervention, and treatment programs. These services promote strong families by empowering parents to thrive, thereby creating communities where parents have the skills to raise healthy and successful children.

Responsibilities

• Support Arizona’s children and families through two key programs: The Community-Based Program at the Guadalupe Family Resource Center and the Sensory Screening Program in North and South Phoenix.
• Help with outreach and recruitment to connect families with Parenting Arizona’s resources.
• Provide hearing and vision screenings to children ages 1-5, identifying sensory-related delays, and ensuring proper referrals and follow-ups.
• Work collaboratively with a passionate team to help parents build strong, nurturing environments where children can reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Child Development, Family Studies, Social Work, or related area of study preferred OR Associate’s Degree and 2 years of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED and four years of related experience.
• Experience in family support coordination or resource navigation services preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project coordination skills, including managing multiple simultaneous events/groups/participants, event planning, and meeting the needs of the program/funder.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish desirable (will consider other languages).

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hours are flexible to accommodate the needs of the program/funder.
