Essential Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for the Family Resource Center.
  • Sets up and coordinates family participation in FRC programming and events.
  • Aids in creating flyers and communications materials.
  • Schedules and arranges various events and meetings.
  • Maintains electronic databases of complex data for relevant reports.
  • Performs data entry, analysis, and report creation.
  • Handles confidential information, including patient and family information.
  • Answers routine FRC inquiries, identifies needs, and routes customers appropriately.
  • Assists with special projects as needed.
  • Collaborates with families, teams, and organizations to address complex customer needs.
  • Liaises with community partners, groups, and organizations.
  • Oversees the Family Resource Cart and Employee Resource Room.
  • Manages the Employee Zen Den space.

General Responsibilities

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • No experience required.
  • Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) required within 30 days.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of office procedures and equipment, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and good interpersonal skills.
