Essential Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support for the Family Resource Center.
- Sets up and coordinates family participation in FRC programming and events.
- Aids in creating flyers and communications materials.
- Schedules and arranges various events and meetings.
- Maintains electronic databases of complex data for relevant reports.
- Performs data entry, analysis, and report creation.
- Handles confidential information, including patient and family information.
- Answers routine FRC inquiries, identifies needs, and routes customers appropriately.
- Assists with special projects as needed.
- Collaborates with families, teams, and organizations to address complex customer needs.
- Liaises with community partners, groups, and organizations.
- Oversees the Family Resource Cart and Employee Resource Room.
- Manages the Employee Zen Den space.
General Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- No experience required.
- Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) required within 30 days.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of office procedures and equipment, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and good interpersonal skills.
