Family Preservation Services Care Coordinator

This position is based in Chattanooga, TN and Cookeville, TN (community‑based) and is full‑time.

Responsibilities

• Provide intervention and manage client cases.
• Act as a resource link for children and families in need of assistance.
• Assist in case management of children.
• Work with treatment teams, offering insight to be evaluated as you develop plans together.
• Serve struggling individuals as an advocate, connecting them to organizations that improve their situation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service discipline from an accredited four‑year college or university.
• CPR and First Aid certified, or willingness to obtain certification before working with clients.
• Experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic, community‑based treatment environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours consistent with program needs and to work at multiple locations.

Pay

Competitive pay of $18.27 per hour.

Schedule

Full‑time position with flexible hours as required by the program; may involve work at multiple locations.
