About the Role
White Rock-South Surrey has a variety of family practice clinics seeking locum physicians, with start dates ranging from August 2026 into January 2027 and beyond. Clinics offer flexible dates and hours per week, along with varied EMR systems. Support staff and nurses work alongside physicians to provide efficient care. The role involves delivering comprehensive, longitudinal primary health care services to meet community needs.
At our primary care/family medicine clinics in White Rock-South Surrey (WRSS), you can choose your work schedule, including a mix of in-clinic and virtual care.
About Our Primary Care Network (PCN)
We are in our fifth year as one of the first Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in British Columbia. Our PCN vision is to enhance patient wellness through a collaborative and coordinated system of care, ensuring patients access the right services in the right place. All family physician clinics in WRSS are involved with our PCN, which includes approximately 27 additional clinicians—nurses, social workers, patient educators, pharmacists, mental health clinicians, and counseling services.
Location
This is an opportunity to practice family medicine in the beautiful seaside community of White Rock-South Surrey, known for its highly rated schools and diverse recreational activities, including cycling, forest trails, and water sports at White Rock and Crescent Beach. White Rock is five minutes from the U.S. border and 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver.
Pay
Compensation is a combination of physician overhead and billing split, with terms varying by clinic.
