Family Practitioner/General Practitioner
As Canada’s largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator, we prioritize patients and their families, empowering them with care that improves health outcomes. Our South Surrey clinic is situated in a bustling shopping complex featuring London Drugs, Thrifty Foods, restaurants, groceries, banks, and other professional and leisure businesses. The location is ideal for families, with new residential developments and established neighborhoods nearby, and is less than 15 km from the USA border. The clinic offers a collegiate atmosphere with a physician-focused MOA support team, providing both in-person and virtual/telehealth care options.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will provide full-scope family practice, either full-time or part-time, with the potential for a small walk-in component. The team will collaborate closely to ensure a smooth transition. You’ll have flexible hours and autonomy over your schedule, with the clinic currently open Monday to Sunday.
Financials
- Overhead Agreement: 70/30 billing split (negotiable)
- Bi-monthly payment for Fee-for-Service (FFS) or Local Facility Payment (LFP), or monthly for Primary Care Network (PCN)
- Estimated remuneration: $300,000 - $600,000
Practice Details
- Access to 2 exam rooms per shift (clinic has 14 exam rooms and 1 surgical room)

Qualifications
- Hold or be eligible for Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP)
- Hold or be eligible for a full license to practice medicine in BC
- Good standing with BC’s College of Physicians and Surgeons
- Provisional license eligible applicants welcome (including IMGs)
- Hospital privileges considered an asset

- 13 part-time/full-time physicians, RNs, an office manager, and MOAs to assist with transition
