The clinic is multidisciplinary and multi-physician, fostering a collegiate atmosphere with a physician-focused MOA support team. Virtual and telehealth options are available for remote access.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide full-scope family practice, either full-time or part-time, with the flexibility to include a small walk-in component. The team will collaborate closely to ensure a smooth transition. You’ll have autonomy over your schedule and the opportunity to work in a way that suits you.

Financials

• Billing Split: 70/30 (negotiable)
• Payment Frequency: Bi-monthly (FFS, LFP) or Monthly (PCN)
• Estimated Remuneration: $300,000 - $600,000

Financial agreements are coordinated through the Director of Recruitment.

• Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts (clinic has 14 exam rooms and 1 surgical room)

• Flexible hours; clinic open Mon–Sun (schedule to be arranged with the clinic)

Staff and Support

• 13 part-time/full-time physicians, RN, office manager, and MOAs to assist with transition
• Dedicated teams for IT, EMR software, billing, admin, and virtual platform support
• Physician Success Team as advisors/advocates to ensure a positive experience
• Free training and support for building or taking over a patient panel

Qualifications

• Hold or be eligible for Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP)
• Hold or be eligible for full license to practice medicine in BC
• Good standing with BC’s College of Physicians and Surgeons
• Provisional license eligible applicants welcome (including IMGs)
• Hospital privileges considered an asset
