Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership for the Family Medicine Residency program
- Mentor and support residents with professional development
- Model compassionate, team-centered leadership style
- Teach and supervise procedural skills in the Family Medicine Center
- Oversee clinical operations and staff management
- Maintain a medical practice, serving as a resident role model
- Develop a high-performing team of faculty and staff through coaching
Qualifications
- Certificate Graduation from Family Medicine Residency
- Doctorate in Medicine
- Physician License in Indiana
- American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ABOFP) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (Preferred)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (Preferred)
- Advanced Life Support Obstetrics (ALSO) certification (Preferred)
