WellSpan Health, a mission-driven, physician-led integrated health system serving communities across Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Associate Residency Program Director to join our Family Medicine Residency team at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Residency Program Director to enhance resident education
• Oversee inpatient services
• Foster a culture of academic excellence
• Mentor and teach MD and DO residents and medical students
• Participate in teaching rounds
• Maintain a thriving outpatient practice

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree with active Pennsylvania medical license
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a faculty member in a residency program
• Strong teaching, communication, and organizational skills
