About the role
The Medical Director will oversee all medical operations at the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing leadership and guidance to the nursing staff. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all medical operations at the nursing home
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Current license to practice medicine in the state of New York
- At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a nursing home environment
- Experience in managing a team of healthcare professionals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
