Qualifications
- MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited US FM or IM Residency.
- Preference of geriatric medicine certification, or FM/IM with added qualifications in geriatrics.
- Certificate of Medical Director for PALTC (AMDA).
- (Must obtain within 3 years from start date)
- WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
- DEA certificate.
- BE/BC required.
- Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans.

- Base Salary: $237,500k-$247,500k.

Pay
- Base Salary: $237,500k-$247,500k.
Schedule
- Flexible, full-time schedule.
