Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

Role: Primary Care/Geriatrics Physician Responsibilities Provide outpatient primary care to residents in a retirement community, primarily focusing on adult and geriatric patients.Participate in a team with 3 physicians and 3 mid-level providers to deliver comprehensive healthcare services.Manage a patient volume of 16-20 patients daily, with responsibilities including routine exams, preventive care, and chronic disease management.Cover a walk-in clinic once every 6th Saturday, with minimal phone call duties (1:6 ratio).Work weekdays from 8:30am to 4pm, with no on-site responsibilities outside these hours. Qualifications And Skills Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.Geriatrics training or experience is a plus but not mandatory.Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
