$1,500 bonus: half paid out after 30 days and the other half paid out at 90 days.

SynergenX, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.

Mid-Level Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido).

This position will primarily be scheduled PRN in Indianapolis. You will float to Greenwood and Carmel. Minimum of 2 shifts per month, including 3 Saturdays during 5-Saturday months.

Responsibilities

• Provide hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services using proprietary treatment protocols.
• Coordinate patient care in conjunction with a physician medical director and Center Director.
• Manage staff and operations at your location.
• Explain technical health issues and treatment plans in layman's terms.

Requirements

• Active Indiana NP or PA license in good standing without disciplinary actions.
• Current DEA license (required).
• Must be able to train Monday–Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following clinical hours.
• Sound medical decision-making skills and a strong patient-first approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with patients.
• Technologically savvy.

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
