Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the Role

Provides comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel, managing acute, chronic, and preventive health needs in-office, via testing centers, or through tele-health. Collaborates with in-person and virtual teams, utilizing clinical training to perform procedures and adapt to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad patient panel with varied needs
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits
• Engage in ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and other modalities
• Collaborate daily with clinical teams both in-person and virtually
• Perform in-office procedures using clinical expertise
• Obtain additional state licensure for virtual care in other states as needed

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
• At least 2 years outpatient primary care experience seeing all ages, or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care experience
• Licensed in New York by start date
