About the role

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to manage a diverse patient panel in primary care settings, including acute, chronic, and well visits, both in-office and via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across acute, chronic, and well visits
• Perform in-office procedures
• Collaborate with clinical teams
• Engage in continuous learning through weekly clinical rounds

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
• State licensure in Washington
• Minimum of 2 years in outpatient primary care for all ages, or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care experience in similar settings within the past 5 years
