Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician assistant

About the Role

As a Float Provider, you’ll step into different clinics based on scheduling and operational needs. This role is a great fit for someone who is adaptable, dependable, clinically confident, and comfortable jumping into a new environment. You’ll provide coverage across Kingwood, Atascocita, The Woodlands, Spring, Vintage Park, and Cypress, giving you the opportunity to work with different teams, patients, and clinic environments while making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols
• Float between North Houston clinics as coverage is needed
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Support programs including hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea management, hypertension, low libido, and other wellness services
• Provide coverage for provider PTO, absences, and staffing needs
• Collaborate with Clinic Directors, Medical Directors, operations, and management
• Build strong relationships with patients and clinic teams
• Maintain consistent, high-quality patient care across every location

Requirements

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner required
• Current DEA registration required
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice experience
• Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
• Ability and willingness to travel between North Houston clinic locations
• Flexibility to work different clinic schedules and locations
