You'll work alongside our Medical Director and Center Director to provide care focused on hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, low libido, and overall wellness.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Medical Director and Center Director to provide care focused on hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, low libido, and overall wellness.

Requirements

• As part of our screening process, our Credentialing Department will verify applicable professional licenses, DEA information, and NPI/taxonomy information.
• Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to complete the credentialing process.
• Licenses and credentials must be active, in good standing, and within the provider's scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Oklahoma NP or PA license
• Current DEA license
• Current Controlled Substance License
• Ability to complete 10 consecutive weekdays of training
