About the role

Seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (FNP or PA) to manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and wellness care in-office, testing centers, and via telehealth. The role involves conducting patient visits, collaborating with clinical teams, utilizing clinical training for procedures, and continuous learning through rounds and team interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
• At least 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages, or 1 year plus a fellowship or urgent care experience
• State licensure in Washington required
