Family Nurse Practitioner or PA Assistant Center Director
About the role

We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to join our team as an Assistant Clinic Director (ACD) in our Sonterra clinic! The Assistant Clinic Director (ACD) plays a key role in patient care and clinic leadership. In this role, you will:
- Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to identify and address the root causes of hormone-related and wellness conditions
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director, physician Medical Director, operations, and management teams to ensure clinical and operational success
- Support wellness-focused programs, including sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetic services (at select locations)
- Assist with the supervision of clinic support staff
Requirements
- Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (required)
- Current DEA registration (required)
- At least 1 year of clinical practice experience
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- Availability during clinic hours and 2 Saturdays per month (additional incentive pay)
Schedule
Hours of Operation:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month required; additional pay provided)
Training
Two consecutive weeks (10 business days) of paid training, Monday through Friday
