We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to join our team as an Assistant Clinic Director (ACD) in our Greenwood clinic! About The Role The Assistant Clinic Director (ACD) plays a key role in patient care and clinic leadership. In this role, you will: Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocolsPerform full evaluations of patients to address the root cause of hormone-related and wellness conditionsCollaborate with the Clinic Director, physician Medical Director, operations, and management team to ensure clinical and operational successSupport wellness-oriented programs such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetic services (at select locations)Share in light supervisory responsibilities of support staff Requirements Active board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) required at time of hireLicensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse in Indiana(required)Current DEA registration (required) and CSRAt least 1 year of clinical practice experiencePrior management or supervisory experience preferredAvailability during clinic hours (see schedule below) and 2 Saturdays per month (incentivized pay) Hours of Operation Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMTuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PMWednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PMThursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (required 2 per month; additional pay provided)Average 40–41 hours per week Training 2 full consecutive weeks (10 business days) of paid training, Monday–Friday Benefits Paid Time Off (with accrual increases over time)Malpractice insurance (fully covered)Scrubs providedMajor medical, dental, and vision insuranceShort-term and long-term disability coverageCME allowance + CME PTOLicensure renewal reimbursement401(k) with excellent employer matchEmployee wellness perks and more!
