We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality healthcare in both clinical and telehealth settings. Responsibilities Include Providing patient care, reviewing medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and medications.Leading clinic staff to ensure excellent patient care and guidance.Performing and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients.Maintaining accurate patient charts and complying with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.Implementing protocols, analyzing patient data, and delivering patient-centric care.Participating in team communication, training, and community outreach activities.Adhering to company policies, standards, and ongoing training requirements.Supporting a positive, respectful work environment and engaging in continuous improvement. Qualifications And Skills Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.Active license, DEA registration, and DOT certification (within 120 days if applicable).1+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred, with preferred background in urgent care, ER, or family medicine.Ability to treat all ages, work independently in fast-paced environments, and utilize telehealth technologies.Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Additional Details Must be able to work a minimum number of shifts, including every other weekend for full-time roles.On-call responsibilities and compliance with all training and licensing requirements.Commitment to an inclusive, respectful workplace and community engagement.
