About the role

We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Provider responsible for managing a diverse patient panel, including acute, chronic, and preventive care. The role involves conducting in-office visits, testing, and occasional telehealth consultations, with opportunities for in-office procedures and continuous learning through clinical rounds and collaboration with both in-person and virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad patient population, providing comprehensive primary care services.
• Perform in-office procedures and deliver care across various settings.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team collaboration.
• Utilize clinical training to support evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• Practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or 1 year plus additional relevant experience.
• Licensed in Washington prior to start.
