About the role

MercyOne Regency Family Medicine is a busy practice with immediate patient volume. It includes three physicians and four advanced registered nurse practitioners (ARNPs).

Responsibilities

• Traditional outpatient family medicine with optional obstetrics practice
• Minimal call schedule - 1:8; phone only
• Laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy services available on-site
• High level of team engagement
• Up to $15,000 in moving allowance
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability insurance, generous paid time off, employer-matched retirement options, $4,000 CME credit per year, and paid malpractice and tail coverage
• Benefits start on the first day of employment
• Up to $150,000 bonus package
• Two-year income guarantee of $290,000+/year

Requirements

• Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school
• Board certified or board eligible
• Able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges
• Above average communication skills
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license
• Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate
